- Please enter your date of arrival and the number of nights to check availability. Then select the type of room you book and fill out the form. You will receive a confirmation of your reservation by e-mail.
- What time is check in and check-out?
- Check-in: after 14.00 – Check-out: before 12.00 (noon)
- Can I leave the room later?
- Yes, with the agreement of the reception.
- Can I choose the type of bed in my room (Large bed – two beds) ?
- Yes, at the time of booking.
- We are coming with one (or more) children; you can add an extra bed in a double room? What other options proposed?
- Yes, you can add an extra bed in some rooms. This must be booked and confirmed before arrival.
- Do the rooms have a balcony or terrace?
- No.
- Are there non-smoking rooms?
- All rooms and public areas are NON SMOKING.
- How many floors does the building have? Is there a lift?
- 5 floors with elevator.
- Is there air conditioning in the rooms? Does it work during all the year?

- Can you keep my luggage when I leave the room?

- Where can I park my car in a safe place? What does it cost?
- There is a private parking near the hotel. Rate: 22 € / 24h.

- The WIFI is free and unlimited throughout the hotel.
- Do you have a quiet, romantic room? How can I reserve it?
- We have rooms leading onto garden. Please ask for them at the time of booking (subject to availability).
- What languages are spoken in Reception?
- French, English, Italian, Spanish.

- There are several agencies in the neighborhood of the hotel.
- How far away is the Eiffel Tower?
- The hotel is located 1.9 km from the Eiffel Tower, 20 minute walk.
- How far is the Louvre Museum?
- The hotel is situated 25 minutes by metro (3.8 km) from the Louvre Museum.
- How much does a taxi from the airport cost?
- From Orly airport: 30 minutes and about 35 €. From Roissy-CDG airport: 1 hour and 60 €.
- How is the district where the hotel is?
- District 15 is a residential and commercial area.
- I am traveling to assist at an exhibition in Porte de Versailles Exhibition Center: Is it easy to go from the hotel?
- From the hotel, you will access the Porte de Versailles walking (20 minutes) or by bus (15 minutes).
- How can I cancel my reservation?
- If you respect the cancellation policy specified in your booking confirmation (received by e-mail), you can cancel your reservation directly on the site. In the e-mail confirmation that has been received, you will find a confirmation code and a code of cancellation. With these two codes, you should only connect to the web, then in «Rates and Reservation you will see ‘a button’ called “View / Cancel Reservation”. Click this button and follow the steps to receive confirmation of your cancellation.
